Elemental Mixology Course Policy
Note: the Elemental Mixology classroom is not open to street traffic. It is a secure, privately-owned, non-residential, creative workspace address - not a hospitality or service establishment
Alcoholic products are used in the classroom only for the purpose of instruction.
All drinks made may be hygienically tasted by the attendees (each of whom must be at least 21 years of age), but no one will be served any full-size alcoholic drink of their own.
Any prospective attendee expecting their attendance to be like any type of drinking party or drinking event should not purchase attendance in any Elemental Mixology class or course.
Refunds will only be available in the case of a course being cancelled by Elemental Mixology.
In the case of a course being cancelled by Elemental Mixology, the choice of re-scheduling or a refund will be offered.
Course attendance may be cancelled by attendees and rescheduled for a later date at no additional charge up to two days before the class date.
Gift certificates can be transferred only with verifiable approval of the recipient.
Neither refund nor future attendance credit will be given in the case of any attendee asked to leave Elemental Mixology for reasons of poor behavior or inappropriate conduct toward the instructor or any other attendee.
